Plants are delivered throug our sellers in Darjeeling through courier. Plants are delivered barerooted and in slightly dried condition to avoid plant rot. That is a standard industry practice. Once you receive the plant, kindly transfer them in soil and water them adequaltely. They will come in their natural self in 7-8 days time. Kindly make unboxing video, so atht in case of damage we can identify the reason of the same. Thanks
